Refund & Exchange Policy
At ProSupps, we are committed to delivering genuine and high-quality health and nutritional supplements. Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled with strict quality and safety standards.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, incorrect, or has a tampered seal at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us verify the issue efficiently, clear photos or an unboxing video may be required along with your order details.
Products must remain unused and in their original packaging for verification purposes. Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. For prepaid orders made via card, UPI, or net banking, the amount will be reversed to the same payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the registered customer account details.
Approved refunds are typically completed within 7–8 working days after successful verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of nutritional supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Returns are also not applicable for personal preferences such as flavor selection or change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, ingredients, and quantity before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable if an incorrect or damaged product is delivered. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
