NOTE:
  • In order to initiate a Refund / Return, we kindly request you to provide video proof showcasing the unpacking process. Once our investigation confirms the validity of your claims, we will proceed with your request.
  • Apparel do not have Return Policy.
  • The products should be purchased from www.prosuppsindia.com and should have proof of purchase to qualify for Return / Refund.
  • All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • You must return the product to us to receive the refund.
  • Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from prosuppsindia.com
    • Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • Suppose you believe you have received a defective or incorrect Product. In that case, as mentioned in point above you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide a video proof of unpacking the order and show the defect or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace any product with a different product than what was originally ordered.
    • Please note that any returns initiated will be at the customer's expense.
